Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF) is a thermoplastic fluoropolymer used in diverse applications requiring special properties such as high purity, chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, flame retardancy, weatherability to UV and humidity, mechanical strength, flexibility, impact resistance or thermal stability. Compared to other fluoropolymers, it is easier to process because of its relatively low melting point.
